The Bees’ Journey: From Spring to Autumn
Each year, our hives follow a specific route, tracking the flowering of the Greek landscape. From spring to autumn, we move the hives to different locations, ensuring variety and quality in our honey.
- April: Mountainous Arcadia – Blossom, orange trees, almond trees, sage.
- May: Mountainous Arcadia – Fir (Vanilla) and pine.
- June: Foloi Oak Forest – Oak and chestnut.
- July: Neapoli, Sparta – Thyme.
- August: Northern Evia – 1st pine honey harvest.
- September: Northern Evia – 2nd pine honey harvest.
- October: Mount Parnon – Heather and strawberry tree.
- November – March: Kalamata, Argos, Sparta – Overwintering in warmer areas.
This route is the result of experience and respect for nature, allowing us to offer honey with unique characteristics.
